At MS Marketing Consultants, all products and services are delivered in digital format. Once delivered, downloaded, or accessed, ownership transfers to the client and sales are final and non-refundable.

Before Delivery: If a cancellation request is made before delivery, a partial refund may be granted depending on the work completed.

After Delivery: Digital products cannot be returned. If you no longer wish to use them, you may delete the files or cancel access at your discretion.

Exceptions: If you experience delivery errors (e.g., wrong file, access issue), please contact us within 7 business days at [email protected] so we can resolve the matter.
